Thank you to everyone who participated in Open Enrolment, which ended November 7. Your new elections should have started on January 1, 2026.
- If you didn’t enrol: Your current benefit choices will continue through 2026. Your annual spending account allocation will go into your Health Spending Account (HSA), not your Personal Spending Account (PSA). Money cannot be transferred between the accounts after Benefits Open Enrolment.
- Making changes: You can only change your health care module and Long-Term Disability option during the year within 31 days of a qualifying life event (e.g., marriage, birth, adoption). You can update your optional insurance elections and beneficiary designations anytime during the year.
- Savings for you in 2026: AECOM will pay 100% of the cost for Short-Term Disability (STD) insurance, and your cost for Long-Term Disability (LTD) insurance is decreasing by 20%.
- Set up your online account and apps: If you haven’t already, download the Sun Life app and other carrier apps for on-the-go access to your coverage details. You may need to set up your online carrier account before you set up your carrier app.

| Take advantage of these benefits to support your health and wellbeing Telehealth — You and your dependents who are enrolled in Sun Life health care benefits have access to telehealth services through Lumino Health Virtual Care. Through telehealth, you can connect with health care professionals using a mobile or web app. Fitness Discounts Program — If you live outside Quebec, you can register for GoodLife Fitness online by selecting AECOM as the organization and using your Workday ID as the employee number. If you live in Quebec, you can join World Gym — just show proof of employment, like a pay stub, at any World Gym location in the province of Quebec. GuidanceResources Employee Assistance Program (EAP) — You and each family member can receive up to five counseling sessions per year, and you can access online resources to help you with a variety of issues. No enrolment is required, and AECOM pays the full cost. |
