Administered by Merrill, the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) allows you to purchase company stock at a 12% discount.
You may elect to contribute up to 10% of your eligible bi-weekly compensation through after-tax payroll deductions (subject to a limit of 1,300 shares per offering period and a U.S. IRS limit of $25,000 USD worth of stock per calendar year).
There are six offering periods throughout the year.
Part-time employees who work fewer than 20 hours per week, and temporary and on-call employees are not eligible for ESPP.
