Also, when you contribute to the DCPP (up&nbsp;to a maximum of 4% of your earnings), AECOM matches those&nbsp;contributions to 50%, up to a maximum of 4% of your earnings.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"  \">AECOM&nbsp;contributes: 2%&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"  \">You contribute: 4%&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"  \">AECOM match: 2%&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"  \">Total DCPP contribution: 8% of your eligible earnings&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a six-month waiting period for temporary and on-call employees.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All contributions to the DCPP are considered \u201clocked-in money\u201d&nbsp;and&nbsp;can only be withdrawn when&nbsp;you\u2019re&nbsp;ready to retire.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Group-Registered\"><strong>Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan (Group RRSP)<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) allows you to set aside up to 10% of your income, up to the maximum allowed by the Income Tax Act.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are no employer contributions in the RRSP.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bonus to RRSP transfers<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There\u2019s\u00a0a new process for\u00a0bonus\u00a0to RRSP transfers! Instead of completing a payroll RRSP Authorization Form, employees will now request to have their bonus transferred to their RRSP by logging\u00a0on to\u00a0their Sun Life account and using the bonus tool. If you have any questions&nbsp;regarding&nbsp;the deadline, contact <a href=\"mailto:PayrollCanada@aecom.com\">PayrollCanada@aecom.com<\/a>. If the request is not processed in&nbsp;time&nbsp;your bonus will be paid in full on the following payroll.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bonuses cannot be transferred to AECOM\u2019s Defined Contribution Pension Plan (DCPP). Bonuses can only be transferred to the AECOM\u2019s Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RRSP Enrolment<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you do not have an&nbsp;AECOM&nbsp;RRSP account with Sun Life, here are the instructions to&nbsp;enrol:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"  \">Sign in to mysunlife.ca and select<em>&nbsp;Manage&nbsp;plan<\/em>, then my plan.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"  \">From the Make a change drop-down menu, select&nbsp;<em>Enrol<\/em>&nbsp;in products.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"  \">Once&nbsp;you\u2019re&nbsp;on the&nbsp;page&nbsp;click the&nbsp;Let\u2019s&nbsp;get started button to begin.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"  \">Follow the enrolment flow to personalize your contributions,&nbsp;investments&nbsp;and beneficiaries. If&nbsp;you\u2019re&nbsp;making contributions to your spousal RRSP, your spouse will need to select their investments and beneficiaries.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If Sun Life does not have&nbsp;record&nbsp;of an active Sun Life RRSP account under the AECOM plan, the bonus to RRSP transfer will not be processed, and the funds will be paid out.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Tax-Free-Savings\"><strong>Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA)&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Tax-Free Savings Accounts (TFSA) is&nbsp;a multi-purpose savings account to which you can contribute on an after-tax&nbsp;basis, up to the maximum allowed each year by the Income Tax Act.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are no employer contributions&nbsp;in the TFSA.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Contribution-limits\"><strong>Contribution limits&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DCPP:<\/strong>&nbsp;AECOM will keep track of the limit for you. Contributions to the DCPP will be reported each year on your T4 slip issued by payroll. This amount is included in&nbsp;determining&nbsp;your Pension Adjustment (PA).
