Licenses must be earned by exam under the jurisdiction of a provincial authority and be directly applicable to the employee\u2019s position, business line or region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AECOM provides a one-time salary increase of $2,500 CAD, which is at the sole discretion of the Company, for enhancing your job-related skills and expertise under the First-Time Licensure&nbsp;Program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Licenses approved under this program are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"  \">Architect<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"  \">Engineer and Geoscientists, as outlined under the&nbsp;<em>Engineering and Geoscientists Professions Act<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"  \">Landscape Architect<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Spot bonus, up to $2,500, may be used as recognition for other licenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All increases will be reviewed for consistency, and final approval is at the discretion of the business leader and Region Executive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regular part-time employees must work at least 20 hours per week to be eligible to participate in this program.
