Tous les employ\u00e9s temporaires et occasionnels sont couverts par les politiques sur les vacances et les cong\u00e9s de maladie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En vertu de la politique des cong\u00e9s flexibles d\u2019AECOM, vous d\u00e9cidez quand et combien de cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s prendre (pas de maximum), tant que vous \u00eates sur la bonne voie pour atteindre vos objectifs de performance et que vous avez l\u2019approbation de votre gestionnaire.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les cong\u00e9s flexibles remplacent les cong\u00e9s de maladie et les vacances, mais se distinguent des autres cong\u00e9s d\u2019AECOM.
