AECOM provides company-paid holidays each year, so you can celebrate important occasions with your loved ones.
Flexible Time Off (FTO)
Regular full-time and regular part-time employees who work at least 20 hours per workweek participate in the Flexible Time Off (FTO) program, unless precluded by a CBA or a Site Contract. All Temporary and On-Call employees will continue to be covered by vacation and sick leave policies. AECOM’s paid time off policies will be administered in accordance with all applicable laws.
FTO replaces sick time and vacation but is distinct from other AECOM leaves. FTO can be used to satisfy the elimination period for short-term disability (STD) leave.
