Commuter benefits allow you to save money on transit and parking expenses you incur commuting to and from work, using pre-tax dollars from your pay.
You can elect commuter benefits — and adjust or stop your benefit — at any time. The enrollment deadline is the 10th of any month for a benefit the following month. Similarly, if you change your commuter benefits order by the 10 of any month, the change will go into effect the following month. For example, September 10 is the deadline for October.
To get started or adjust your commuter benefits order, log in to your personalized benefits account, select the Other Benefits menu at the top of the page and then select Commuter Benefits.
Important Reminder: Parking and transit rates are often updated at the start of a new year. Check with your parking provider or transit authority to find out if your rates are changing and adjust your commuter benefit monthly order amount accordingly. Adjustments made by the 10th of the month go into effect on the 1st of the following month.

Unused commuter balances are forfeited when your employment ends. This means that you will no longer be able to use the funds in your commuter account once you are no longer an AECOM employee. If you are currently enrolled in AECOM’s commuter benefit program and have a commuter balance, please make sure to draw down your commuter balance by submitting any outstanding commuter expenses you’ve incurred prior to your termination date.
