Getting married or starting a domestic partnership? Congratulations! Here’s how to add your spouse or domestic partner to your AECOM benefits.
Add Them to Your Benefits
- Add your spouse/domestic partner to your benefits within 31 days of your marriage or domestic partner start date.
- You might also want to elect or increase your insurance benefits.
- Log in and select the Change My Coverage menu at the top of the homepage.
- After you add your new spouse/domestic partner to an AECOM benefits plan, you’ll be asked to submit a copy of your marriage certificate or domestic partnership documentation. View documentation requirements here.
Register for GuidanceResources EAP
- Encourage your spouse or domestic partner to register for the GuidanceResources Employee Assistance Program (EAP). They’ll get access to resources to support physical, financial and emotional well-being.
Set Up Their Personalized Benefits Account
- Once you’ve shared access, your spouse or domestic partner can set up their own personalized benefits account to manage their coverage and resources.
