When you reach a 5-year service milestone (e.g., 5, 10, 15, 20 years of service) with AECOM, beginning with 5 years of service, you’ll receive points that you can use to purchase a broad range of awards from the Kudos Rewards Marketplace. Choose from nearly 1 million award options, including merchandise, gift cards, experiential awards and more across more than 2,000 top brands.
You can even give back to the community by choosing to donate your points to a charity.

With the Kudos platform, you can send personalized Celebration Moments, e-cards and badges to recognize colleagues for a job well done, for lending a helping hand or to celebrate a personal event like a birthdays or retirement.

For employees leaving AECOM and who have not redeemed their points on the Kudos site:
If you have a point balance at the time of separation from AECOM, you can still access the award catalog to use your remaining points. Your points have no expiration date. As soon as you completely exhaust your balance (down to 0 points), your access to the award catalog will end.
The easiest way to redeem points is before your last day of work at AECOM:
Before you leave AECOM, log into your Kudos account and access your Security tab to add a Recovery Email and Password.
Click your Profile then click on the Security tab to enter your Recovery Email and Password:
After you leave AECOM you can access Kudos at: aecom.elevate-recognition.com
- Enter your AECOM employee ID (Login ID), and your password to gain access.
- You will enter directly into the catalog and will have access to spend points accumulated.
