Starting an International Assignment
If you are starting an international assignment, take the following steps within 31 days of your assignment start date:
- Log into your benefits account at myAECOMbenefits.com to enroll in your benefits while on International Assignment within 31 days of the start of your International Assignment. You and your dependents will be eligible for the Cigna Global Plan.
- Download the Cigna Envoy app and review your Business Travel Benefits.
- Update your beneficiary information.
Returning from International Assignment
When your assignment ends, follow these steps within 31 days of your status change:
- Watch for your benefits enrollment notification, which will be e-mailed to you from the AECOM Benefits Service Center within two weeks of your status change date.
- Choose U.S. domestic medical, dental and/or vision plans within 31 days of your status change date.
- Access free information and services to help you adjust to life back at home with the GuidanceResources Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
