As part of our commitment to supporting your wellbeing, we provide offerings that help you stay safe, healthy, active, and energized.

You can enroll in a subsidized ClassPass membership (AECOM Corporate Membership), which provides access to tens of thousands of gyms, fitness studios, and wellness providers worldwide. We cover a portion of the cost, allowing you to enjoy the membership at a discounted rate. You’ll see your discounted rate and available plans when you access your localized registration page.

In addition, you’ll receive 15% bonus credits, giving you more credits per plan and greater overall value from your membership.

New members can start with a two-week free trial, including bonus credits, before transitioning to a paid plan.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a monthly, credit-based subscription that lets you book a variety of workouts—such as HIIT, yoga, Pilates, and boxing—as well as wellness services like massages and facials, all without committing to a single gym. Membership also includes access to virtual fitness classes and, in some cases, wellness apps and on-demand programming, so you can stay active from anywhere.

How to sign up (new members)

1. Visit the registration page  
2. Enter your location to begin creating your account
3. Select Get started
4. Enter your AECOM email address
5. Create a password and enter your name
6. Enter and verify your phone number (if prompted)
7. Enter your billing information and choose your paid plan in the account section in the app
8. Update or change your plan anytime in the app under Account settings  

Already a ClassPass member?

To link your Corporate Membership account to your existing account:

1. Visit the registration page  
2. Select Have an existing account
3. You will be directed to chat with the ClassPass bot
4. In the chat, enter “I would like to switch to a Corporate plan”
5. Provide all the information requested (use N/A if not applicable)
6. You will then be connected to a live associate
7. Please provide your company name, personal and AECOM email address, and the plan you would like to move onto

Eligibility

You are eligible for the AECOM ClassPass Corporate Membership if you are a regular full-time or regular part-time employee. Please note that some fixed-term employees in locations outside the U.S. and Canada are eligible for the ClassPass Corporate Membership program. For questions about eligibility, please submit a ticket through the Employee Center.

Additional Considerations

Pair your fitness routine with five free wellbeing coaching sessions through our Employee Assistance Program. You can talk to a coach about topics like healthy aging, running, and nutrition.
