If you are leaving AECOM, it’s important to understand how your benefits and accounts are affected. Review the sections below for next steps and important timelines.
COBRA Coverage
- You and your eligible dependents may continue medical, dental, and vision benefits under COBRA.
- Active coverage ends on the last day of the month of your employment.
- You’ll receive a COBRA enrollment kit from the AECOM Benefits Service Center shortly after your last day.
- Enroll in COBRA at myaecombenefits.com.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
- Your Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) contributions stop when your employment ends.
- You may submit claims for eligible expenses incurred through your date of termination. You have 90 days from your date of termination to submit a claim for reimbursement of those expenses.
