Gaining Other Healthcare Coverage
If you or a dependent becomes covered under another healthcare plan, you’ll need to update your AECOM benefits.
- Unenroll from AECOM healthcare coverage for yourself and any dependents within 31 days of the date the other coverage starts.
- Log in and select the Change Your Coverage menu at the top of the homepage.
Example: Your spouse or domestic partner starts a new job and enrolls in their employer’s medical, dental or vision plan. You can remove them from your AECOM plan within 31 days of the start date.
Losing Other Healthcare Coverage
If you or a dependent lose other healthcare coverage, you may be eligible to enroll in AECOM’s plans.
- Elect AECOM healthcare coverage for yourself and any dependents within 31 days of the date the other coverage ends (within 60 days if the other coverage was through Medicaid or a state Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)).
- Log in and select the Change Your Coverage menu at the top of the homepage.
