If you need surgery or are dealing with a serious condition, Carrum Health can connect you with top-rated providers who deliver the best possible outcomes and provide exceptional care. In addition to personalized support throughout your care journey, many eligible surgical procedures may be covered at little or no cost when you use a Carrum Health provider, depending on your medical plan.

How it works
- Register, build your profile and activate your account to get started.
- Choose from Carrum Health’s network of specialists for your procedure.
- Connect with a Carrum Health care specialist for help with scheduling, travel and paperwork.
- Meet with your health care provider for a consultation. Carrum Health will help you prepare for your visit.
- Carrum Health will work with your health care provider to ensure a smooth recovery.
- This program is offered at little or no cost:
- UHC Traditional plan or Surest plan members: No cost to you. (No deductible. Copays and co-insurance are waived).
- UHC High-Deductible Health Plans members: Your deductible will apply and then 25% co-insurance is waived.
*Employees and Spouses/DPs age 65 and over only qualify if they have deferred Medicare coverage.
