How it works
- Register, build your profile and activate your account to get started.
- Choose from Carrum Health’s network of specialists for your procedure.
- Connect with a Carrum Health care specialist for help with scheduling, travel and paperwork.
- Meet with your health care provider for a consultation. Carrum Health will help you prepare for your visit.
- Carrum Health will work with your health care provider to ensure a smooth recovery.
- This program is offered at no cost to employees enrolled in the UHC Traditional plan or Surest plan (no deductible or co-insurance applies). For employees enrolled in UHC High-Deductible Health Plans, your deductible will apply and then co-insurance is waived.
*Employees and Spouses/DPs age 65 and over only qualify if they have deferred Medicare coverage.
