Everyone faces challenges from time to time. Whether you need support for your mental health, guidance through a personal or family situation, or resources to help manage everyday responsibilities, the EAP is available to help. 1:1 support
You and your household family members can receive up to five confidential counseling sessions and five wellbeing coaching sessions per issue, per year.

Speak with a master’s or doctoral-level clinician for support with:

Wellbeing coaching
Work with a certified wellbeing coach to help you:

In the U.S. and Canada, sessions can be scheduled online or by phone. Employees in other countries may schedule a session by phone.
